Our Path
is one of Sovereignty
To hold space at the gateways of change and to guide folks along the path of transformation, we must be initiated ourselves.
You are someone who is taking a vow to show up for yourself, your clients and your business with reverence and devotion. With all rites of passage, something needs to die in order to be born.
Therefore this process is as much an apprenticeship as it is an initiation.
You are crossing a threshold by taking your seat in this work and how you embody your Sovereignty in what you offer to the collective.
Having a robust container for this initiation and apprenticeship is how we cultivate an embodied practice and locate our own spirit’s harmony.

Cultivate Your Medicine
Our time together is grounded in rich clinical practice and experience it is as much held in the frame of esoteric arts and magic.
You have choice and agency in how you shape your offering to the community. You are the medicine and like a tincture, it's essential to know the alchemy you bring.
This apprenticeship is about wildcrafting the elixir.
You will go on a journey thru Sacred Rebels: like the Fool in the Tarot, at the end, you will be ready to claim the World.
Generative Exchange
You will receive:
Mentorship with Kim as a guide throughout your apprenticeship
Weekly supervision in triadic and group formats with Kim Wylder & Stephanie Bossy
Community weaving in seasonal retreats and daylong immersions
Autonomy with collective weaving — you have the opportunity to practice in the environment of your choosing and align your schedule with your life.
Creative incubator to shape your offering and midwife your medicine
Tools and ritual practices to expand the therapeutic container in Wylder ways
Support building your base of clients for post-licensure, including our whole-hearted blessing to transition clients with you
In service trainings and cross pollination support from other practitioners
Access to other offerings through Kim Wylder & Wylder Ways at a discounted rate
You will provide:
Culturally-competent and integrative short- and long-term individual, couples and group counseling.
Co-create a collaborative learning environment with other Sacred Rebels by participating in group-learning activities, including: weekly supervision, monthly intentional conversation series, and quarterly immersions
15-18 hours a week of energy and presence to this container.
Collaborative spirit toward building a caseload of 12-15 clients.
Contribution to our online journal and participate cultivating events within the community
You are working for Wylder Roots and within that tending your own root system. This means that the liability and risk of your work impacts us all. Like an ecosystem, it is imperative that we work together to support the needs of your clients, business and one another with clear, direct, honorable communication
A collaborative stake in creating what Wylder Roots evolves into both on the practitioner side as well as within the greater ecosystem of the Bay Area

As an associate in Sacred Rebels, operating virtually under Wylder Roots, your pay structure is designed to nurture your development while covering the core infrastructure, supervision, and support needed to build a thriving practice.

Supervision as Sacred Container
Supervision is not just a requirement — it's a sacred container. We treat supervision as a relational, creative, and ethically grounded space to evolve your clinical presence, attune your gifts, and root your practice in both professional excellence and spiritual authenticity.
Phase 1: Group Supervision
(First 10 Hours)
Led by Stephanie Bossy, LMFT
Weekly group sessions (2–8 associates) focused on:
Relational ethics & scope of practice
Sacred Rebels orientation & values
Foundational clinical + spiritual integration
Phase 2: Triadic Supervision
(10+ Hours)
With Stephanie Bossy, LMFT or Kim Wylder
Small group format (1 supervisor + 2 associates) focused on:
Personalized caseload + identity development
Deeper case consultation
Entrepreneurial mentoring: visibility, referrals, and spiritual clarity

Entrepreneurial Confidence: Embody your medicine & grow as a leader
