To hold space at the gateways of change and to guide folks along the path of transformation, we must be initiated ourselves.

You are someone who is taking a vow to show up for yourself, your clients and your business with reverence and devotion. With all rites of passage, something needs to die in order to be born. Therefore this process is as much an apprenticeship as it is an initiation.

You are crossing a threshold by taking your seat in this work and how you embody your Sovereignty in what you offer to the collective.

Having a robust container for this initiation and apprenticeship is how we cultivate an embodied practice and locate our own spirit’s harmony.

  • The Sacred Rebels Path

    An Apprenticeship for Therapists Ready to Lead with Soul

    As an associate in Sacred Rebels, operating virtually under Wylder Roots, your journey follows a four-stage path designed to nurture your growth while providing the essential infrastructure, mentorship, and community support to build a thriving practice.

    You’ll move through each stage with increasing opportunities for autonomy, leadership, and deeper connection—both with your clients and within the Sacred Rebels community.

  • Initiation

    Initiation is the opening chapter of your journey, laying the foundation for a thriving practice. In your first YEAR you will be focusing on cultivating the seed starts of your practice. You will be deeply supported as you step into the rhythms of your work and begin building momentum. The expectation is to reach 12+ full fee clients within the first year.

  • Expansion

    Expansion marks the point where your practice begins to flourish. At this stage, you will be maintaining a case load of 12-15 clients. With a strong foundation in place, the focus shifts to deepening your practice, refining your skills, and leaning into the rich support of the community as you grow into your next level of impact. At this stage you are offering a group or workshop to the Wylder Roots ecosystem and finding ways to express your unique medicine through our platforms.

  • Establishment

    Establishment is where you step fully into the rhythm of your work. At this stage you are taking on greater ownership of your caseload of 15-20 clients and stepping into leadership within the community. You’ll also gain access to daylongs, specialized training tracks, and retreats, expanding both your skills and your presence as a practitioner.

  • Rooted

    Rooted is where your practice reaches full maturity. At this stage, you’re maintaining a steady 20+ more full-fee clients. You’ll have full autonomy in your administration and visibility, the freedom to lead events, offer consultations, set your rates, and deepen the rites of passage work that defines your contribution to the community.

  • Sovereignty

    Sovereignty is where you mark your initiation. At this threshold, you are claiming your path as a practitioner and defining how your medicine & magic wants to manifest. After licensure, you can embark on your own Quest. If you choose to stay on, there are potent opportunities to weave into the Sacred Rebels Collective and revolutionize the alchemy of healing.

As an associate in Sacred Rebels, operating virtually under Wylder Roots, your pay structure is designed to nurture your development while covering the core infrastructure, supervision, and support needed to build a thriving practice.

Supervision — Group & triadic support for growth

Systems — HIPAA-compliant EHR platform

Admin Support — Onboarding + client referrals

Financials — Payroll taxes & processing handled

Virtual Base — Tools to sustain your practice

What’s NOT Included

Office Space — Clinic Setting not provided

Insurance — Slip & fall coverage optional

Licensing — Renewals and state fees are your responsibility

Marketing — You own and manage your outreach

Initiative — Your success is guided by your self-leadership

Supervision as Sacred Container

Supervision is not just a requirement — it’s a sacred container. We treat supervision as a relational, creative, and ethically grounded space to evolve your clinical presence, attune your gifts, and root your practice in both professional excellence and soulful authenticity.

Supervision Goals

Phase 1: Group Supervision

In your first 10 client hours per week, you’ll join weekly small-group sessions led by Stephanie Bossy, LMFT, focusing on relational ethics, Sacred Rebels values, and foundational clinical integration.

Phase 2: Triadic Supervision

Once you reach 10+ client hours per week, you’ll move into weekly triadic supervision with Kim Wylder, LMFT. These small groups focus on personalized caseload development, deeper case consultation, and entrepreneurial mentoring.
